Meet the Counselor
I didn't come to this work from the outside looking in. I came to it the way many clients do, through my own seasons of pain, confusion, and not quite knowing how to carry what I was feeling.

​As a former college athlete, I know firsthand what it feels like to build your whole identity around something and what happens when that gets shaken.
Those experiences led me here.​​

What I found in therapy surprised me. Being truly heard, changed something. That's what I hope counseling can be for you.

My Approach
I work from the belief that healing happens in both the mind and the body. My approach blends talk therapy with somatic work ultimately staying curious about what's underneath, and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Using breath, movement, and body awareness to reach what words alone sometimes can't.

Exploring how history or past experiences might impact or inform today and finding new ways forward.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life. For those who want to explore questions of spirituality, faith, or meaning as part of their work, that space is open here too.
