Welcome to University Hills Counseling!

Choosing to start counseling is a meaningful step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

Life brings both beauty and hardship, and sometimes the weight of it all can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or questions of faith and spirituality can leave us feeling stuck and uncertain. My hope is to offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and feel heard. A space that is safe, understanding, and free of judgment.

I believe every person carries resilience and strength, even in seasons when it may feel hidden. Counseling, to me, is about walking alongside you as you uncover those strengths, explore what matters most, and find new ways forward.

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and work through a psychoanalytic lens, staying curious about your story, exploring the patterns and cycles that exist, and supporting you in developing deeper self-understanding.

Support for Athletes

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand that sports can bring opportunities for

connection, challenge, and growth, but they also come with unique pressures. Whether you are balancing academics as a student-athlete, recovering from an injury, or navigating your identity beyond sport, I am passionate about supporting you in caring for your mental and emotional well-being.

Areas of Expertise

Beyond athletics, my work also includes supporting individuals with

anxiety, OCD, life transitions & adjustment, relationships & attachment, emotion regulation, self-esteem & self-worth, grief & loss, perfectionism, and faith & spirituality.
